Better used for fluid style training rather than brute force, the tapering means that the red oak hardwood bo staff is thinner (2cm) at the ends than the centre (3cm), making it light while still feeling solid in your hands. The weight of the red oak Bo Staff is perfect for strength training, especially spinning drills, as it's heavier than many other materials. Perfect for striking, blocking and trapping your opponent.
